Our power packed OPC server and client solutions are always developed with a full understanding of the requirements of our customers. As a solutions provider we have developed the expertise necessary to provide turnkey installations in many industries including the utilities and manufacturing. We also have the experience necessary to create specialized solutions as one part of a larger project involving other solutions providers working as a team. See below for a few examples of our turnkey and our collaborative projects.

Working Together

As you read on, you will see that we often partner with other companies to provide a unified solution. Often the end-users are not aware that portions of their system were designed and developed by a technology partner of their solutions provider. Currently the OPC servers and OPC clients that we have developed for various corporations are in use worldwide. In addition, our own OPC solutions are deployed globally in various forms from PowerPAC-OPC to PlantIQ-OPC. Our PowerPAC-OPC data acquisition systems and PlantIQ-OPC vibration monitoring systems are in use in many locations throughout the world.

Machinery Protection System Automatically shutting down machinery when excessive vibration or dynamic pressure occurs is the goal of a machinery protection system. We developed the OPC server and OPC client portions of a machinery protection system for an international solutions provider with decades of experience who specialize in the fields of machinery protection and monitoring solutions.

Rotating MachineryUsing our expertise and collaborating with a manufacturer, we created the OPC server in a powerful product for a large company specializing in the manufacture of innovative measurement and processing systems for the petrochemical, turbo-machinery, power generation, and aviation markets.

Wireless Vibration Monitoring Partnering with another innovative technology company, we are deploying remote 802.11b WiFi vibration monitoring systems throughout the USA with significant reductions in installation costs. We are also providing the OPC server and OPC client interfaces for these systems as well as the database storage which is performed offsite via WAN at the solution provider's site.
